 Dear sirs,

We are relaying to you instructions as to the U.S national and military security , from the G.H.REES (GROUP FOR HELLENIC RE-ESTABLISHMENT) department of technology at Patras: You must urgently prepare the US Defence mechanism of concentrated energy weapons against EMP (ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSE)and subsonic missile weapons launched by China against the USA.

1). By conducting research into new bomber aircraft you are making a strategic error . As a result you are wasting valuable time and money, since the above two weapons take too long to develop , activate and impact a transcontinental  target. Particularly, fighter aircraft like F-22s and other aircraft under development are utterly useless in transcontinental EMP and ICBM hypersonic warfare , while they can be used only in short-haul intercontinental warfare.

2).Should the USA be attacked by EMP and ICBM weapons entering the earth’s stratosphere through inner space over the USA, then their detection and destruction should be a matter of only seconds. However this cannot be achieved through any existent anti missile warfare system, not even with Russian S-500 and S-600 7- mach missiles , nor a similar US defence system.

3).Only high precision radars and concentrated energy laser/maser weapons can achieve such instant detection and destruction . You must give the order then to build hundreds of such weapons by the US defence industries, working round the clock incessantly for 30 days per month.

4).In case an enemy hypersonic ICBM nuclear head missile breaches the above RADAR/LASER/MASER defence perimeter exploding in the stratosphere , the subsequent EMP wave will cause blackouts in power stations , nuclear reactors, military bases, vehicles, Navy vessels, aircraft, hospitals, aqueducts, industries,  US cities and towns, and all electric and electronic installation and devices across an area of 40,000 sq.klm. The EMP shockwave will charge with its deadly static electricity every metal object across that distance, resulting in electrocution of anyone who touches those charged metals.

5).To avoid electrocution, it is mandatory that you should firmly earth every metal object  by using earthed grids of common copper electric cables, especially in power stations, military bases, hospitals, nuclear reactors, to avoid cooling system blackouts, as well as in other vital facilities. To further earth EMP static electricity in military bases, it is required to place the above mentioned copper grids on the building rooftops of these bases and military and Air Force headquarters, as a first attempt to get the EMP waves properly earthed.
