" Headquarters of Andromedian war forces in the orbits of planets Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto of the local solar system , to the governments of USA and Russia of planet earth, via the principle of inner earth: Your planet is emitting artificial electromagnetic pollution and illness harmful to your planetary system , and the wider local galactic region.

We are not concerned with the military occupation of planet earth. However, we are compelled to intervene militarily to overthrow the governments of your planet to secure the survival and harmony (ecology) of the three biological zones, the three ‘’inorganic’’ zones, the electromagnetic health of your planet, restoration of the orbits of the twelve local planets of your solar system now falling toward the sun, reconstruction of planet Phaethon blown up by the draconian mutineers as well as its electromagnetic health, due to your false civilization , electromagnetically weakening wider galactic sector.

We will retain your basic administrative and government structures, on condition that you collaborate with us in the following ways:( confidential information) , and under the absolute condition that you will terminate all contact with and stop listening to the hybrid draconian war planets MOON and LILITH originating in the constellation of DRACO, to be expelled and removed from your solar system.
