Australian skies for the formation of rain clouds.

by air, all available equipment to create a low pressure front to generate

Indochina , for the generation of rainfall across rice fields.
This
equipment must be immediately installed across Australia with the aid of
helicopters of the Australian military.

use of aircraft, drop off any animal food supplies in areas where animals have
been rescued.
