1)-Morning wake-up: 500 gr of water

2)-Breakfast time: 3 oranges plus 1 vitamin C pill of 1000mg.

3)-At 10.00 am: either 2 or 3 apples, in order to counteract the effects form the orange acid.

4)-Lunchtime: Cooked vegetables along with low fat cheese , wholewheat bread for sufficient organic silica in the body, unsalted black olives, and a salad consisting of one whole raw onion , green peppers seasoned with olive oil and lemon ,along with one vitamin C pill of 1000mg.

5)-At 17:00 Tea or coffee taken with cane sugar and wholewheat biscuits made with wholewheat flour and cane sugar or honey.

6)-Dinnertime: 3.5% fat yoghurt taken with loads of garlic and wholewheat bread , or raw season salad +olive oil+unsalted olives in water+ lots of garlic+low fat cheese+wholewheat bread+one 1,000mg vitamin C pill.

Observations:

Drink 3 litres of water daily. Take up aerobics or one hour’s brisk walking daily, taking deep breaths in order to take in enough quantities of alkaline oxygen.

Leave bedroom windows slightly ajar at night so you can take in enough alkaline oxygen, and to reduce the amount of humidity round the house.

Home temperature should not exceed 18Centigrade, since a combination of heat and humidity can lead to a proliferation of germs and viruses.

Expose your  dressed body to the sun so that large amounts of vitamin D can be absorbed into the naked members of your body.

Consumption of cod liver oil will lead to a sufficiency of vitamins OMEGA3, OMEGA6, OMEGA9, as well as A and D.

Keep clear of crowded places, and wear activated carbon masks

Consumption of garlic is not recommended for those underage. Infants should be given a little orange juice, and small amounts of blended meals.

For cancer patients add 500gr of mixed carrot and beet leaves juice

For those underage, only half of the recommended amounts of vitamin and onion.

For infant babies, only ¼ of the recommended vitamin and onion intake, only on the doctor’s permission.

Ideally, the cheese and yogurt consumed should come only from the milk of one animal alone, so as not to mix up and confuse the immune system.

The only corona virus afflicting all Greek nationals is that of the traitor pseudo-politicians of the Greek parliament , apart from Velopoulos (but only partly).

These traitors sent traitor Greek police and military officers to the Greek islands of Lesvos and Hios in the eastern Aegean, to abuse the local Greek populations because they will no longer accept the hostile invasion of Islamic illegal migrants composed of jihadists and Turkish secret agents for the occupation of the Aegean islands by Turkey.
