planet earth, via their embassies in Athens, Greece, and their delegates at the
U.N-ONU: We announce the upcoming submission of a supplementary institutional
framework from G.H.REES/GR.HEL.AN (GROUP OF THE HELLENES OF ANDROMEDA) to the
local universal hierarchy, to ‘’also include in this institutional framework those
guilty of ultimate treason against the system of government in the density
regions of the government of ANDROMEDA in our local galaxy, through acts of
expiation’’. The supplement concerns
andromedian mutineer leaders , namely SATURN, POSEIDON, ARIS (MARS), who
collaborated with draconian leader SIN-SION-SINA-SEDI-JEDI-JUDE-JUDAS-JEHOVA,
and the leaders of other constellations , against the local galactic and
universal hierarchies.
The above
three mutineer space leaders have been WARNED that the following prerequisites
must be met immediately as terms for their survival:
1). Immediately cease all planning of WWIII.
2).
Immediately cease all plans for a BALKAN WAR of five MONGOLIAN countries of the
‘’ B.A.S.T.R’’ (BULGARIA-ALBANIA-SKOPJE-TURKEY-ROMANIA) axis, against GREECE,
that is to precede WWIII.
3).
Immediately cancel Greece’s false external financial debt.
4). Immediate
compensation for ALL damage incurred at the expense of Greek members and
friends of Andromedian G.H.REES.
5).
Immediately cease ALL seismic/meteorological warfare caused by HAARP weapons ,
and immediately put a stop to all chemical/biological/radio warfare against
nations and earth populations subjected to a slow, gradual genocide.
6).
Immediately put a stop to the use of all satellite laser/maser weapons used to
burn down forests , and the death of local inhabitants, animals, and trees
leading to desertification and the planet’s conversion into a vast CHINESE
MINE.

the government of ANDROMEDA under which they served, and due to their perjury
and failure to carry out their mission of ‘’restoring the function of the natural
laws in our local solar system, as well as civilizing the Black Sirian Race and

criminals will be proportionately greater , if they want to evade the complete
extermination of their physical bodies and souls, along with those of their
